Peace and respect to those who are reading this. The days have grown darker as we witness the fabric of our society stretched thin. Yet as we have just passed the Winter Solstice, we can remember that the cycle of life is that it passes through Darkness and Light in its journey. The depths of Night and Winter play to their counterparts of Day and Summer in the Natural Duality that we behold in Nature. There is a time for everything, for grief and sorrow just as much as joy and thanksgiving.
We have begun our march towards Spring and the new Day when Life will return and fill the world around us with growth. We will face the coldest days before the Spring, and the Night is always darkest before the Dawn. As I reflect on these things, I am always mindful that we often get become so wrapped within the moment which now overshadows us that we search for an answer. Why do we suffer? Why must life contain what we call negativity? My most recent thoughts regarding this I will share in the form of an excerpt from my own personal journal. I understand at this juncture that much of my own lingo and terms may not be fully understood or that they may carry a different meaning to the reader than that which it means to myself. As I continue, I will shed light on the deeper understanding I assign to these chosen words in hopes that the power of the pattern of our thoughts will be clearly presented.
We must cease to seek in the next guru, the next teacher, the next prophet, the next scientific study for an answer. There is no answer that is permitted or that will sustain our being except to love thy God with all of your heart, all of your mind, and with all of your strength and to love your neighbor as yourself.
We are the answer. If any guiding hand be the invisible curator of this beautiful storm of Life, then it has permitted us our existence and given us our being. Not only this but it has given us each other to experience it together. We torment our minds wondering if we were meant to be alive, when everything required has already been answered for and we are now Alive. It is when we forget this and the implications that lie at the root of it which causes us to no longer partake in that which is truly Life. In doing so we become miserable and lost in suffering.
Our brains are like a satellite dish capable of changes its vibratory level and attuning itself to different frequencies of thought, each of which resonates within us as a wave of energy and which is expressed outwardly in the form of our manifest being. When we raise our minds to higher thoughts, we raise our vibration whereas lower thoughts stagnate and disrupt our vibrations.
What frequency are you tuning into?
