This is the first journal entry I will be making. This journal will reflect my own personal thought world and will include ideas, inspirational messages, updates, and philosophical ramblings. I hope that anyone who keeps up with this journal will find inspiration, granules of wisdom, and perhaps thought-provoking ideas that will help guide you to finding and developing your inner world.
This entry is excerpts from my own personal daily journal and is very much in raw form. It can shed light on my own thought process and how I express myself to my Self. This excerpt came to me after a session of meditation and prayer. I felt inspired and put pen to page. I hope you all enjoy and I look to the future with excitement as we begin this journey.
We cannot, in and of our own being love Jah. Jah does not lack, therefore we cannot give. Jah is the very love that flows through us and calls us to love, and so what we offer is what has been given us for free. Why would you return a gift?
And we are asked to love his children, and tell others of the love for us. It is not from pride and vain glory that our creator has asked that we create praise with the fruit of our lips. Everything we have has been given and made for us. Yet what we produce from our own heart is the energy we return. What is truly ours is our own unique relationship and point of perspective of Jah. This will never fully resonate nor be agreeable to anyone who realizes their own authenticity because they know that they alone have seen Jah in the way that they have, though they may not fully understand what they have seen or accept.
Therefore, what we may do is speak our love for Jah’s children, and we may tell others of Jah love for us and because this is of our very own being, then the sound and music of our heart is as sweet a creation as may ever be offered to the Being which fills our Being. It is through praise and singing that the heart is made joyful, and what else is as worthy of song?
